Snow Jelly Soya Bean Pudding Ingredients: i. 15g Snow Jelly Snow Jelly, 650ml soy bean juice (no sugar added). ii. 200g sugar, 1 1/2 tsp agar powder, 500ml water. iii. 250g cream sweet corn. Method: 1. Soak Snow Deer Snow Jelly in 1.5 liters water for 6 hours. Drain dry. 2. Boil (ii) and Snow Jelly in pot, reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes 3. Turn off flame stir in soy bean juice and sweet corn. 4. Pour into mould. Let it set keep in refrigerator to serve.
