Snow Jelly Hot Cha Cha

Ingredients:

            i.              15g Snow Deer Snow Jelly

          ii.              1.5 liters santan (1 coconut), 3 pandan leaves, 200g sugar, 50g dried starch cubes

         iii.              Cut into cubes:

100g yam, 100g yellow sweet potato, 100g orange sweet potato, 100g purple sweet potato, 2 pandan leaves, pinch of salt.

 

Method:

1.       Soak Snow Deer Snow Jelly in 1.5 liters water for 6 hours. Strain the Snow Jelly.

2.       Steam (iii) ingredients together until soft, remove.

3.  Put (i) and (ii) in pot, stir until boil, pour into (iii) and serve.
