Snow Jelly Fruit Punch

 

Ingredients:

              i.            15g Snow Deer Jelly, ice cubes

            ii.            80g gingko nuts, 150g rock sugar, 1.5liters water

           iii.            Diced: 1 mango, 1/4 piece pineapple, 14/ piece papaya, 1/4 slice water melon

 

Method:

1.         Soak Snow Deer Snow Jelly in 1.5 liters water for 6 hours. Drain dry.

2.         Pour (ii) into pot, add in Snow Jelly, when it boils, reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

3.         Leave to cool, mix in (ii) and serve with ice cubes.
